I hope that when they see things like this, frightened and confused right wing Republicans will see that Obama supporters are very much the opposite of anti-American.
I don't think people who are anti-American take to the streets in joyful mobs waving American flags and spontaneously singing the National Anthem.

Wow, dickhead. So let me get this straight, when Bush was screwing the middle class and giving tax cuts to the wealthiest of Americans, that wasn't socialism. But God forbid, Obama give the middle class a break and let the unfair Bush tax cuts expire. Now that's socialism. He's not even going to raise taxes, they're just gonna go back to the way they were during Clinton's administration. My God, Conservatism is a fucking mental disorder.

Yeah, there was definitely a lot of excitement and energy around town. It's pretty cool how stuff like that was happening all over the country, too!
