Short vinyasa sequence to increase flexiblity and strength. Open your body with yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most preferred forms of Yoga. If you're looking for a good Yoga workout and connect to your mind body and soul, I suggest you give Vinyasa Yoga a try.

  • You are wonderful Dashama! What kind of Yoga would your style be considered?

I love the 30 minute challenge! I do several of the "days" each day as a well rounded workout.

    Thank you, Namaste.

  • Dashama thank you, thank you and thank you! I had an operation on my patellar tendon as a child but have remained sporty, enjoying a lot of road running but as a consequence get a lot of pain in the patellar tendon. This specific sequence of stretches is divine for releasing stiffness in the legs and also giving a lot of relief to the patellar tendon. Keep up the good work and I wish you the very best. Really appreciate you sharing your knowledge. V
