Jason, you look so dashing in that suit, I simply must say! This is one of the very first videos that I've seen of yours and I think they're so great, informative, friendly and helpful! Oh, I also live in England and you have the most wonderful American accent (you know what us girls are like with dapper Americans. Gosh, hope I didn't imply anything rude there.) So, I loved the video and I'm going to continue watching. Great suit - you suit suits!

Oh ok I was all confused. And yeah I will have to check it out. The reason I want to change my format is because I want to get more people in my episodes. I found out its not that hard to get on local cable. So I was thinking about doing that. So then I need to work up to like 20 minute episodes just for the TV. So yeah I am just testing.

LOL. Oops. I meant the show's format, not the video encoding. Command N is Amber MacArthur's show. It's done in TV show format but usually is only 15 minutes long (might be good inspiration for your new format. I think she's on YouTube too). My suggestion was not to go too overboard with the TV show stuff in a segment that's around 10 minutes since it might get a bit jumbled. I've done that a few times.

Command N format? I used the same one I always use H.264. And I still think you should do a how-to. I just tell people to get the program but not really how to use it.

D'oh! You beat me to the punch. :-) I was going to do a how-to on Picasa one of these months, particularly how it's a cute El Cheapo way to make photo montage movies to give people a break from regular old photo slideshows. =) Good show, although I wouldn't go chasing after the Command N format with 10 minute clips. Might get a little jumbled. =)

Thanks :) And yeah I love the suit. I think I am going to wear it in all my new episodes.
Yes, you have a very good point... the alligator always eats the bigger number. When I started web design about 4 years ago, my prof always called them "angle brackets" and I never did learn which was "gt" or "lt" until I had to use them as text characters.

Angle brackets isn't too bad. Don't think I ever had a teacher call them that. But it does sound a little better then alligators. ha ha

LOL alligators... I love it! That was a very interesting way to explain how to use an HTML tag.

I thought about slowing the little kid alligator signs. Didn't you use to have those back in grade school? Calling them greater than/less than signs just seems stupid with talking about HTML.
