I live in Jacksonville Florida! I live maybe 3 minutes away from Peterbrook's. We always have some form of Peterbrook chocolate in the house, usualy it's not just plain chocolate, it's usualy something like their choclate covered popcorn (which is amazing).Peterbrook chocolate makes great gifts too!

did you know that white chocolate isnt real chocolate...yes i know, how dreadful but its true. chocolatiers will argue that when the cacao bean is processed, it produces 2 biproducts after being produced into chocolate liquor: cocoa powder and cocoa butter..typically the white chocolate is made with the cocoa butter which actually has no cocoa solids which is why therefore many chocolatiers will say that white chocolate cannot be called real chocolate

In the future, a few other criteria you can look at are the following. What does it look like when it breaks. Is it a clean break? Is it grainy? Is the chocolate dry in the mouth, or is it moist? Does it leave a particular taste in the mouth? Does it have a clean snapping sound when broken?
