Some people think Hicks should have been left in Texas instead of being allowed to serve his time in Maine. I am the nephew of James Hicks second victim, Jerilyn Towers. Please stop and think about the families of the three innocent women he killed who left children, family & friends behind with no answers or closure. If he had been left in Texas none of us would have the answers we needed or been able to finally bury them & given all the victims a final resting place.

He is still serving life in a prison for the crimes that he commited. June Moss, thank god is alive. All the victims were found & laid to rest. Deals were made but in my mind closure was given and justic was served.
