Mike Madison demonstrates how to taste olive oil. Mike is the founder of Yolo Bulbs, near Davis, California, a farm that grows olives, citrus, flowers, melons, and a variety of other crops on 23 acres all by himself. His olive press is from Italy and he also presses olives for his neighbors. See him at the Davis farmers market 52 week a year. Mike has wirttena book about his farming adventures called The Blithe Tomato. Mike's sister, Deborah Madison, is an activist and author that works to change the way America eats and thinks about food. She is author fo the classic Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone and founder fo Greens Restaurant,
