  • @silentgoodhrm he did say "throw that into your normal back routine once in a while" so I think this is more of a "pump & shine" routine! just to get that back full of lots of blood and instant bulk!

  • arent yo a thai boxer ? if you are put up some good stretches for my arms after a workout no one ever stretches i dont wanna go all tight i wanna be loose and i dont think the stretches i do work !

  • @bigrob4242 you need to do cardio and a nice diet, and keep practicing even if you can only do 1, you will start feeling better and stronger
