Case-report of peritoneal tuberculosis in a 40 year-old male. He had vague symptoms of low-grade fever, mild abdominal pain, obstipation, and high CA125 levels. Diagnostic laparoscopy with biopsy was performed to establish the diagnosis. Peritoneal tuberculosis is a disease that often simulates malignancies.
