Snap-Flap Packing Line

Sambrailo Packaging is proud to introduce the revolutionary new MIXIM Snap-Flap Container. Snap-Flaps one-piece construction replaces the lid and till, reduces inventory, does not require a heat shrink band, and when the container is closed, the product label acts as a safety seal that reveals whether it has been opened. This securely sealed package can reduce the number of slippage incidents at the retail level which can occur with commodities such as blueberries and table grapes. MIXIMs patented clean, clear sidewalls have been proven to reduce mechanical damage in transit and are preferred for visibility of product by the consumer. Snap-Flap is a self contained one-piece unit without the need for a shrink band, reducing inventory and the labor involved with inventory tracking. This container was designed with efficiency in mind. Snap-Flap can be de-nested, filled, closed and labeled in one automated line drastically reducing labor requirements for the shippers as well packing time. The Snap-Flap containers allow for 36 cases to a pallet compared to the typical 30 cases per pallet for other clamshells, which results in a freight savings for the receivers. Snap-Flap containers of various sizes are offered in PET and PLA forms for a variety of applications.
