before pj have good muscle and good body..now he diffrent.. he difficult to get abs back.. men when have big stomach not sexy.but disgusting.

wow...it is amazing to see that a trainer decided to do just a thing. I am overweight too, and trying to lose the last 30 lbs I have left to lose ( I used to be 280lbs and went down to0 220lbs) . it is hard! and I am happy to see that a trainer is trying to better understand his clients. That is awesome! and good luck with getting back

It's amazing how fast his body changed. It really does make me want to go to the gym. Unfortunately getting in shape is not as fast. Good luck PJ.

All applicants must live in Melbourne. Please upload a video on youtube and share it with me. Offer is open to women and men. Please include weight, height and age as well as why you want to lose weight with me. I will select 10 finalists and meet with them in person. I will then choose one person to come back with me, starting in July. All training will be provided free of charge. Only video applicants will be considered. PJ
