  • @leameyy During this drill your feet should never be closer than shoulder width.

    I have never been knocked out.

    Please post videos of your footwork and shadow boxing routines, drills, and techniques.

    Also, remember that "too" is the adjective and "to" is the pronoun.

  • Wow Albert i just stumbled upon your videos tonight searching for tips to help snap punches effectively and maximize flow/speed. I have already watched all of your them. These are some of the most helpful tutorials i have ever watched because i am an ABSOLUTE perfectionist when it comes to technique. You explain perfect technique better than anyone iv learned from in my 7 years of training. The wise-asses who try to correct your methods are just exposing their own inexperience in boxing. Please
