To have possibilities about learning something is far different that OH YOU ARE JUST BORN WITH IT... You are not born with anything. When you are born you can't play guitar, you can't play piano or any other thing! You learn them if you have the possibilities offered by the society you live in,your parents and so on! If some kid is born in a musical family where his parents are musicians like 99 % of the musicians are. This kid has the possibilities to learn music.

By using the word "talent" that is exactly what you did. That is why everyone is giving you such a hard time about this. Talent refers to a special natural ability, but musical ability does not come naturally. What may come naturally is a person's positive response to music, which could then lead them to model a life out of it, and possibly become a great artist like Wes.

(I forgot to add that of course, everyone must practice in order to become a master at something, but that doesn't mean people can't have different starting points)

Why is it considered crazy to talk about talent regarding musical ability when it's widely accepted to do so when it comes to other things? I could spend all my life studying physics and maths incessantly, but I would never be as brilliant as Einstein as a result. I could practice running 7 days a week for decades, yet it seems unlikely that I would beat Usain Bolt in a 100 meter race. Why should musical skills be any different?

Someone said he can't explain talent : it's normal you can't explain something unreal!!! It's not a contest, but all you do it!!!
Let me explain how :WITH TALENT!!! Talent : that someone is magically better in something that other, without looking that he has the possibilities to learn a (example)instrument and at the same time others that do not have the same possibilities like kids in Africa they die from starvation, how can they think about music? They die everyday, because of that system!!!
