A short film I made for my high school film festival. Homage to all the great black and white sci fi movies of the 1950's, complete with cheesy monsters and horrendously corny dialogue. Inspired by "This Island Earth" and the "The Day the Earth Stood Still"
Set in rural Texas in 1957, "Menace from the Sky!" tells the tale of a young couple who unwittingly stumble upon a crashed UFO. They enlist the help of the local hermit and alien expert, Dr. Rex Reason. What happens next can only be described as titanic clash of man vs. creature!!!!!
Bravo, I hope your audience enjoyed the movie. Its a good effort on your part.

FEMALE:"Sir; I'm a woman, not an extraterrestrial" SCIENCE GUY"What's the difference"? "Man, or Menance?" FEMALE: "What's the difference." EXCELLENT funny lines and reminded me of the old STAR TREK between Spock and McCoy.
Did well in writing the story/script!

Good acting as the lines given by the 'actors' are smooth and seamless, just the way folks talk normally! Your Instuctor should have given everyone involved a A++

I like the feel you created with what you had to work with. Great work.

Pretty darn good. Can't go wrong with Bernard Herrmann's music.
