ABBA - bale of cotton, old smokey, & midnight special

Yeah, these songs too American for Swedes. Can't say I'm familiar with Swedish music. At all. Though I have listened to ladies from Usbekistan shriek and like it. I like anything with genuine emotion. And this has none.

I thought there were a couple of blokes in ABBA! - I think this 3 track combo was a "b" side to one of their singles - I remember liking it when it came out! but then I remember liking john cravens news round as well!

Getting back to their country and delta blues roots here--this is sweet. Remember, they all started out in skiffle music, which is a lot like our country music in North America.

These were the ONLY-EVER songs not written by ABBA themselves (Benny and Bjorn are credited as arrangers, however), and it previously appeared on a charity compilation in Germany. In 1978 it was remixed and turned up on the reverse side of the "Summer Night City" single. Who has the record somewhere?
