  • Yeah I was once a cobra user lol Don't get me wrong it did save me lots but when it comes down to rough terrain it is very weak. I live in Canada, BC so we have very windy roads. I just look at it this way I'd rather spend $400 than get a $400 speeding ticket :)

  • @mikey77771 haha gotcha...im in michigan and usually only drive on flat straight roads but yeah i understand that...

  • @idkwutiam Well depending on where you have it in your car. I mount mine like just below my rear view mirror. If a cop is following you he will probably see it but it really depends on where you mount it, but it's legal here in BC so it's no big deal lol

  • @mikey77771 i live in Canada also, did you have problems with police with your scanner?

like if i have one does the cop no i have 1?

  • @erikbz28 lmao a firebird.. nice.

  • @erikbz28 true straight roads are good in detection but all radar detector works only if all the police car have their radar turn on. If no one in all the police car turn on their radar gun and signal equipment and than what we buy even the $700 detector are really useless and waste of money. People think detector is to detect car and they are SUPER WRONG. Radar Detector already have one clue word in it. To detect radar signal not engine car signal.

  • You'd really like the 9960G. I use an STI-R now but I still like to pull out the 9960G. The 9960G has good range for the price and a free updateable red light camera gps module. The range on it would be a bit better than the model on this video.

  • @Fastgt2003 look i know my radar detector is not top of the line, i paid 50 BUCKS for it. I just dont see why u would spend $500 for one because if u use common sense and dont speed in areas where there are cops, u dont need one. I dont care if u rip my radar detector, but if ur gonna start ripping me, ill do the same. Also I drive a firebird, and its worth much more than $400. That being said, why dont u take ur $500 rd, shove it up your ass or down your throat, and leave me alone. Thanks.

  • @Fastgt2003 LOL

  • @erikbz28 Spending money on a high end rd makes you shitty driver? Sounds smart to me I understand the car u drive is only worth 400bucks ...yet speeding tickets can cost more then that

  • @mikey77771 He's a moron look at his post to me it say's all Guess you can't teach idiots anything

  • @erikbz28 You're a Moron Have fun getting ticket's perhaps not since you must not speed to the point of getting a ticket ...one day you will learn maybe not common sence I drive 20 mph over at any given time a 500+ rd is worth it to me also I CAN AFFORD THE best I'm done
