It pains me when I relaise that we are very very unlikely to ver hear music like this again.

@3bar Lee plays bass with the Ginger Pig Boogie Band - for years the house band at the Black Bottom Club in Northampton, England. I had the pleasure recording with him in my own home studio a few years back. We did Riverdance in the style of The Nice/ELP. I played keyboards and Lee used his Rickenbacker (a gift from Paul McCartney he told me - from one left-handed bassist to another!). Lee was great at laying down a solid bass line. He's a great guy.

I think this is the greatest thing KE ever did live and certainly on the organ

@3bar Are you still playing bass? Want to form a group? :-) Nobody else I know uses Lee as a model!

@garygomesg I took up the bass because of this song. Lee is my hero!!!

@garygomesg Brian Davison taught me how to play drums. Not only was he a monstrous drummer, and an awesome teacher, but he was also a stunningly nice guy.
Lee is definitely one of the best, Nobody else could do quite what he could--veyr unique. And Davison was a monster!

Emerson daring to do the classics on a "lowly" Hammond L-100. Where are the modern players with his daring and grasp?
