Pet Parrot Flying Outside

http://FeatherMe.com We like to fly our Sun Conure outside. It's risky due to hawks and other birds plus the fact that he could fly away but we take the risk. We've been flying him out doors for over 2 years now without too many problems. He likes it better when it's warm outside

What kind of hawks/raptors are around in your area that you need to be concerned about? Do you try to go to places with no known hawk/raptor nests to fly your gorgeous bird? <3

@phoenixblack19 - Sadly, because people are idiots. I had a friend who got a border collie /lab mix when she had NEVER had a dog before in her life. As much as I love my friend...she should have done research. It was not responsible and it got her in a lot of trouble.

I personally think doing what you do is one of the main reasons people are putting up "Lost Bird" posters that I occasionally see around town.
