Rotation interval is approximately 4.6 seconds measured using Sound Forge (h/t to cajunporkchop for pointing out an error in my prior maths). This translates to 13 RPM rotation rate (nominal ASR-9 rotation rate is published as 12.5 RPM.)
Interval measurement using Sound Forge, see image: http://i34.tinypic.com/2m69vfm.jpg
The IF (with HP8552 set for Zero Span) out of the 141T mainframe was routed to a receiver in AM detection mode receiving a frequency of 50 MHz (the 2nd IF out of 8555A/8552B plugin set) to allow the RADAR rep rate (repetition rate) to be audibly heard.
This was most likely the ASR-9 RADAR sited near Sachse, TX.
Frequency was approx 2705 MHz at the time.

Thanks,
I updated the info section per actual measurements.

Perhaps a typo, but an ASR-9's rotation speed is 12.5 rotations per minute, or once every 4.8 seconds, which is consistent with the video.
