well, as to kids being stupid for believing in monsters, i think you could say the same thing for adults who believe in a god. Personally, if i have a kid, im going to teach him to say this if anyone tells him that "jesus loves him" or any somesuch nonsense, "aren't you a little old to have an imaginary friend?"
