you do have a point and i did erorr in my comment however, with the introduction of 2020 it re defies some of the laws, ie a batsmen switch hits and the bowler throughs it down leg, if the bowler uses his head he bowls it outside the original offstmp this way he cnt be wided and its more difficult for the batsmen. yes batsmen ten to baseball shot in the game, but the batsmen who play cricekt shots usally come out on top.

@yEr0c1995 Excuse me mate you need to notify the umpire who immediately notifies the batsmen of what he is bowling for the next delivery The captain then changes the field to suit the bowler if required. The bowler also has to bowl the ball within the zone : not to wide and nothing down leg side especially in ODIs and the wanker game 20/20 which may as well be called baseball
With the batsman doing this it does not allow the fielding team to make adjustment, it's turned into a batsmens game only

@BrianDewy Obviously you do not understand the demensions of cricket. the bowler does not have to notify teh batsmen if he wishes to change side, he must achknoledge the umpire that he is doing so. if a batsmen is a natural right hander how does this advantage him by switching to left hand if anything it would disadvantage him.
-
Should be banned from cricket as the bowlers are not allowed to change from one side of the wicket to the other without notifing the batsmen. With the batsmen doing this it is totally unfair to the fielding side as well as they cannot set the field to suit. Review it so it fair to both the batting and fielding teams, allow the bowlers the same advantage and just change from around to over the wicket as he runs in, or spin to pace or what ever , fielders should be allowed to move as he bowls.

wonder what his next shot was
-
they were switch hits?
-
thats not a reverse sweep, thats a switch hit because he changes the grip of his hands to a left hander, a conventioanl reverse sweep is where a batsman holds the bat the same way, but just sweep the other way
