エコモニ。 (EcoMoni), is a Hello! Project environmental awareness subgroup that consists of Ishikawa Rika and Michishige Sayumi. Their costumes represent the spirits of the forest (Ishikawa) and the sea (Michishige).

EcoMoni was originally supposed to be a temporary unit, but they still appear occasionally to promote environmental causes and events.

where is this from? ive never seen this footage before and am curious as to what performance this is from.

From what I know it is a performance from 2006 in Yokohama, titled:

モーニング娘。熱っちぃ地球を冷ますんだっ。文化祭２００６　ｉｎ　横浜』より

The performance was part of a Morning Musume concert, which explains why all of the members are there, and they probably had just done a skit before they presented which is why they are dressed that way.

Other than that I have no idea ^_^;
