However, I do not believe everything in the bible because it was written by mankind and translated by a king. God has clearly lost his control over this planet, that much is obvious. Think about it, 92% of Americans believe in God, have we really turned our backs on him or is there merely powers in place that we cannot control?

@vasiliosrigos on the contrary, I dont think that God had anything to do with Obama becoming the president; if anything, it was Gods cast-out angel that helped this man into power. I do believe in God and Jesus but I do not believe in the omnipotence that many religions believe; mankind has free will, what we do with that is our business.

@mittenola yeah, it was kinda weird how he was promoting this war in his acceptance speech...my god, mankind seems to be getting smarter all the time with technological advancements and educational achievements, but the common sense is completely lacking. And he kept his promise about change, it just wasnt the change that anyone expected (or wanted for that matter).
