The chinese products are pure shit that break down fast. We do have to be careful of our environment as well as safety for workers.

On the other hand, we don't have to tax people into the ground, and we could probably throw out half the regulations on business. Point is, if we were sane people, we'd be able to compete and do it right too. The unions could work a bit more with the industrialists and we could get things done.

@Pocok4 Eh, maybe he was trying to make a sarcastic comment, but his deadpan face made it look serious. If I actually cared either way I'd want to see a lot more of him before deciding. It's hard to believe someone can survive cutthroat politics to get to that position and be so utterly stupid, which is why I'm skeptical.

Actually, I'd really like to see how this guy acts under normal circumstances. For all I know he was sick, drugged out (willingly or unwillingly), etc.
