R.I.P Toonami

Originating in the United States on March 17, 1997 and ended on September 20, 2008.

Toonami was the first real cable option action anime. It brought us shows like Outlaw Star, Yu Yu Hakusho, Gundam Wing, and most importantly, Dragon Ball Z. In its later days, Toonami aired more generic shows like Naruto and One Piece while Adult Swim handled the more mature series like Death Note, Ghost in the Shell: SAC, and Blood+. But recently, most anime fans had given up on the block since its selection of shows had been ratherpoor. Some stalwart fans still held out hope that the execs at Cartoon Network would bring in exciting new shows again, but it seems like theyve decided to give up. No word on exactly what shows they plan to replace the Toonami lineup with.

Toonami gentlemen & ladies if any was our hope for awsomeness on T.V. now theres nothing good on. Cartoon network has become a Live Network with 2 Retarded Game shows and a show where 3 gay dudes endlessly talk about bull shit and other crap not cool at all Cartoon Network should have stayed as is back in the old days CARTOONS only not freaking Live shows that mean nothing to the people of ye old...(90s)....well R.I.P Toonami

I had so much memories to this show cause I was watching alot of dbz, db, that samuri show which I can't spell the name, gundom was so cool, m.a.r., and dbgt too. CN sucks now but the only anime they show is beyblade metal fusion which its still good and I still love the series, bakugan which its still good, pokemon which its so stupid now cause its not like it was in the 90's but I miss toonami so much.

you know, i actually didnt like the alien looking robot (the one at the end) but after hearing what he said in the last clip, i actually respect that one now. i mean common though, doesnt anyone else like the old one better? stupid CN.. getting rid of good stuff.. they should make a game of the first toonami robot. it would be so kick ass, cuz when u think about it, everytime a commercial break ends, you see him running from explosions and stuff.
