i love benante anthrax is my top band

but lombardo well check out the reign in blood he did great job

i think lombardo and benante are same place both great drummers

no one here sais anything about mikkey dee or philthy animal taylor. let's not forget motorhead definitely set the path for thrash .

he is a good drummer, but he invented the blast beat. in my opion the blast beat ruined alot of creativity

i wouldn't say he kills lombardo, he has more precise technique. lomardo has more endurance and sheer creativity.

BENANTE IS THE BEST OF THE TIME BECAUSE OF A SINGLE THING: the thrash intro of caught in mosh, the sanre hits are blitzkrieg
