It is so good choir but they are only from czech republic and they don´t have popularity as better as "Yes I know what is it, but I can´t remember where I hear it". I´m froch Czech republic and I saw a few concerts and I thik "they are best". Good luck guys

This is good but better is Jozka Cerny signing Christmas Carols, with a church organ and a great boy choir. I'm Czech and we've been listening it in our family for years!

An interesting information. Is there a dvd or videos of the artists you mention? The only other Czech "great boychoir" I know of are Bonifantes,Praha, but they have produced only cds, and the few videos that can be found of them on the Net are amateur quality.

This song inspires me to learn a bit of the Czech language. Beginning at :18 and going to :32 seconds is a real treat - it's that very full, rich sound of the entire choir. I am going to try to locate a copy of the CD or DVD - any suggestions?

Cannot print a weblink under this "response" function(Utube rules...)but you can find an address to purchase the dvd from at the right("about this video") of my "Boni Pueri 2" excerpt.
PS :I have NO financial interest in this site ! only it's easier than getting in touch with the boychoir and sending them euros

After discovering I quite like the sound of a boychoir, I was surfing YT and landed on this one - it's delightful! This piece is very nice, it's a fun song. Pardon my ignorance, but is the name of the choir Boni Pueri? What is the name of the tune?

Yes,"Boni Pueri" is the choir's name; the name of the tune (in Czech) appears briefly at the beginning. Most pieces in their dvd are indeed just as deligthful as these 3 excerpts...
