@factofile I don't think that this discussion is important at this moment in time as we see the middle east rising...we should demonstrate to the world as being one muslims first......and staying on the same point.. everyone has their own experience and I certainly am a lucky one in that context.

@mokhan247 I can't argue with you on that because this is a subject for scholars and on which no one has similar opinion and thats why we have sects. So you can continue to be ashamed on that.....but do tell me this that you have never dreamt where a passed away relative have hinted of passed a message...if not then you have not experienced anything. my your heart open up and you see the spiritual side of life too. And to say that this is shirk....

@factofile Well let's see, this is the place where people come from various places in Pakistan and they seek assistance from a dead guy. Am I ashamed that such shirk-based activity takes place in my village? Yes. Am I ashamed of my roots. i.e. the locality of where I am from? No.
