Jimmy has actually matured a lot as a host. When he first started off, he seemed nervous as Hell, just like he seemed on SNL sometimes. He has gained SO much confidence that he is definitely worthy of carrying his own show now. I don't see why people think the guy isn't funny, I find him hilarious.

- Jimmy Fallon is the most "multi-tout-court-gifted" entertainment talk show host so far. And he "works" the show! He deserves the money. You can debate who is your favorite, but what i said is a fact! Kimmel is also funny (completly diferent), but not as much "poli", the same with Conan. Letterman wears the show and is naturally funny, but only, Leno is boring... his good look is the best natural quallity:) Today aired in Portugal a show from some weeks ago with Kevin Kline... It was perfect!
