Sorry, but there are folks who make Shrubby look like a regular Einstein, the nimrods who voted for him for his second term. And to carry this a wee bit further, the folks who, when polled, voted Mr Bush one of the best Presidents of all time, they make him look a SUPER GENIUS by comparison.
