  • Good example of how important is to keep knees and anckes together to obtain maximum propulsion in dolphin kick. Great video! Great swimmer! Thanks a lot!

  • @kgtateddy They shouldn't, you should be using your core, not your joints. Also, water is less harsh on the body than ground, i.e., running.

  • you got skills, making a 2012 appearance? wont take you long to prepare for a fast 100 back
