    I saw film of that being done (maybe 6 months back) with an old and obsolete aircraft carrier being prepared for scuttling and sea-bed wreckage. The clearance between the keel and the harbour floor was no more than 5 metres...frightening.

  • Looks like little visibilty to begin with and that's got to be dangerous around propellers?
