I think youtube is the most amazing thing. As soon as you find something it take you to another memory that was lost in the basement of your mind. I love 70's music

I was a young G.I. in Europe 8,000 miles away from home and enjoying being a young man single an Afro, platforms and bell bottom jeans , a bowl of good high grade of hashish. Those were the great old daze.:)

I had to to hide this album from my mother, just because of the cover. Don't even mention the one by Faze-O with the spread eagled sister sittin in the chair. Or anything by the Ohio Players, forget about it!! LOLLL. RIP MOM I miss you. You'd be proud of your son!!

Sun from Columbus,Ohio I remember them back in the days ...early 70's great lead singer Byron Day... Bad ass sound. they don't make music like this any more...
I am just...my fingers are at a loss for words! I didn't think I would ever find this song. My late husband had the album by this group, and it got destroyed. I always liked this song and over the years would find myself singing the "Come on get with it, as we take you on a melody high" part which was all I could remember. I'm crying as I'm typing this because it makes me think of my man. R.I.P. baby. Thank you for posting this!
