poor man donot know what exactly is going on in human body. when small pox disappers another bigger ones outbreaks. smallpox stages of infecion is actually defence mechanism to expel the toxin or virus in the body. and this poor man eradicated it by suppressing the smallpox. do u know what u did? u suppresed the small illness to an outbreak of a bigger epidemic.

Seriously. I breathed a deep sigh of relief when I realized what that was about. If Brilliant hadn't intuited why that guy was laughing, everyone would have thought was the biggest asshole on Earth, forever.
