  • im 17 weigh 193 pounds and bench 170 can someone thats been powerlifting for proffession or very long time (expert) tell me if thats gud idk

  • 20, 5'9, max at 250 lbs @ 155 lb bodyweight.. just takes alot of time an hard work! im hopin to get 300 eventually..

  • 5'9"--175lbs--max220lbs.

  • When people say how much they bench, they should say for how many reps. It seems many claim they can bench a certain amount but fail to mention it's their 1-rep max. For example I bench 185 for 3 sets of 8, or 200 for 3 sets of 5 or 250 as a 1-rep.

  • @FitnessExtremeVideos do 3 sets of 10. At first i started off at 95lbs/43kg. Work with dumbells as well. it helps out!!!

  • @tsume12 Dude thats epic stats! give me some tips please? Will doing the Stronglifts 5x5 programme help me out? At the moment I'm doing 5x5 - 37.5kg but did 4reps of 40kg randomly should i stick with a 5x5 - 37.5kg or go with a 4reps - 40kg?
