20, 5'9, max at 250 lbs @ 155 lb bodyweight.. just takes alot of time an hard work! im hopin to get 300 eventually..

When people say how much they bench, they should say for how many reps. It seems many claim they can bench a certain amount but fail to mention it's their 1-rep max. For example I bench 185 for 3 sets of 8, or 200 for 3 sets of 5 or 250 as a 1-rep.

@FitnessExtremeVideos do 3 sets of 10. At first i started off at 95lbs/43kg. Work with dumbells as well. it helps out!!!

@tsume12 Dude thats epic stats! give me some tips please? Will doing the Stronglifts 5x5 programme help me out? At the moment I'm doing 5x5 - 37.5kg but did 4reps of 40kg randomly should i stick with a 5x5 - 37.5kg or go with a 4reps - 40kg?
