@ThePunkbebe that is not entirely true. check out the live from amoeba music (which has a good recording) "at giza" is 10 minutes longer and not faster at all than on the album :D

This is really great. I have been looking to hear some stuff from Om for a while. Kim Thayil was mentioning them in a few interviews over the last year. Really like it. Never realised that it was the same guy from Sleep/Shrinebuilder. Gonna have to get my hands on a physical release.

the only bad thing that I dislike about Om live: their slow recordings are always played faster live, and their faster songs, such as rays of the sun/tts, are played slower live.

One of the premier psychedelic acts to come out of the sixties? I wouldn't compare the two, but you don't need to disrespect what Floyd did to make Om seem any better.

Al and Chris put their entire lives into their music to make it sound beautiful for themeselves. if you ever watch a interview where they talk about how they got into music they will both reply since 4th grade all i did was say fuck you let me listen to and play music. and when you do that you get the beautiful sound of this shit
