Our first commercial for the new Bread Wizard. In 48 minutes or less, the Bread Wizard can make your dough rise like magic! The proof... is in the bread!
I was told that these guys are also the first prize award at the State Fair Of Texas this Year in the baking contest and I thought that was pretty cool. Ive never seen an award to the 1st prize winner, that being said somebody must think the bread wizard guys are doing something right.
Yea I tried that over and over again and my dough was sometimes gummy > <---- is that a word? lol Anyway I tried that method and it took 3 hours not one. I like that the bread wizard doesnt take half my day away. And with the holidays coming I can make several loafs for my family and co workers. So to save some time and a little bit of sanity I invested. I wish it were in the $350.00 range, but after spending much more over the years it's heaven sent. When ordering my unit I was
Lol! Save your money. Heat your oven to 400F for 1 minute. Turn it off. Put your dough in to proof in whatever baking pan you want to use as the mold or do it in the mixing bowl for your first rise.
I just bought one of these! Its Awesome!! My dough only took 25 minutes to rise not 48 minutes like it says here. Hey Kennedy $400.00 isn't bad. I paid $1500.00 for one proofer and it still took 2 hours for the dough to proof. This is more than a metal box! I love it!
