I do...and exercise helps a bit...but I've not seen very many results...although I'm inconsistent because when you don't see the scale move and you're doing everything you're suppose to...you start feeling defeated...and giveup...I wish I could lose 55 pounds...

umm thats rude, to say "no you dont have a thyroid problem". Actually some people do, I do. Thats not an excuse, thats fact for some people. Plus I am healthy and eat well and maintain a healthy weight.

I am starting to workout , I thought that this would help me with workouts that I can do at the gym. It does not have a workout just chatting. Some good info , but not what I wanted.

You blind? She looks good and probably will look as good when she is 50. She is not 'shredded' and IMO that looks way better
