@PrideofWhitey Your old comment appears at the top(before other comments). This would be why I saw your comment without the responses to it. A study of grammar and language will show that punctuation is sometimes used to connote inflection. The question mark was intended to impart a very common sarcastic questioning tone, which is used throughout popular culture in combination with declarative sentences; colloquial, but not incorrect. It does not seem to translate well into text.

@celticchrys Um, duh, my questions were answered, right after I posted, by someone who was knowledgeable and polite, and who also knows that ending a statement with a question mark (like your comment) shows illiteracy. That being said, perhaps you'd like to try your own herbal steam? Sounds like you need to relax and unwind, instead of making yourself look like an idiot. lol

@PrideofWhitey Duh, you can probably buy chamomile from the herb company that uploaded the video you are commenting on?

@dgk990 The best way to do this with chamomile is to take one cup of chamomile flowers and put them in a cheese cloth, poor hot water over it, cover and let it steep for about 15 minutes while your pouring your bath water. After your bath is ready poor the tea mixture into the tub, squeeze out all juices from the cheesecloth "bulb" and then throw the cheese cloth "bulb" into the tub and let it float around while you soak. This will REALLY chill you out!!! :^D

Where can I buy chamomile flowers? Also, how long should I hold my head over the steam? And one last question... should I turn the burner off before steaming? I know the last question may sound silly, but I'm just wondering if there will still be enough steam rising after the burner is turned off.

do you have a jar with some good weed in it..yea you look like you do.....
whats the best way to get the sedative effect from chamomile? I want something more than just "mild" without going to any drugs or any other plants.

@dgk990 The strongest preparation would be in an alcohol based tincture. However, Chamomile is on the weaker end of the sedative herbs, so it's effect will be mild. Hope this helps!
