Bigk gotta disagree with you on this. One of the least troublesome cars I ever had was a 1986 first gen Taurus.Scrapped it after 350,000 kilos and 12 years .Didn;t spend more than oil changes one tune up and 2 sets of brakes.I have a 325 BMW with only 120,000 kilos that just burnt a starter motor needs $150.oil changes and a brake job cost $1000 every 50,0000 Kilos. And look at Toyota Yaris $20,000 for a car the size of a shopping cart .And now I rest------

Hi trish. I love you.

Actually No. I did my resaerc. I didn't just go off the top of my head.
Why do you think even americans are buying more Toyotas now than fords. Due to he fact that fords break down like crazy. F.O.R.D. = Fix Or Repair Daily
....And why would you even support a car company that builds better cars over seas than they do in their own home country anyways and then ask for our Tax money to bail them out.... Just look at the European model Fords. For instance the New Ford Focus.. Why cant U.S. have it

Ford outsells Toyota as auto sales drops go on
Ford, which has been promoting itself as the "different" American automaker that is surviving without federal assistance, sold 129,476 cars and trucks in April.
"Ford appeared to have benefited from the misery of GM and Chrysler," observed Jesse Toprak, executive director of industry analysis for Edmunds, com

well, dat explains why my dads 1980 Mustang dats been gone a few years ago.

That means nothing. There are still Model T's on the road. No honda is made any better than any Ford, Chrysler or GM Vehicle. Of course failure rate of american cars is higher. It isn't rocket science to realize that Americans drive their cars more often or that there are more cars in the us because we have a higher population, are you really that stupid and ignorent? I didn't rip any foreign cars as i would normally do. Most cars (if not all) have equel quality.
