This is scary. The fact that this situation remains uncorrected speaks volums about the integrity of the American political Process as well the childlike ignorance of the electorate at large. Heads should roll over this. Where is the outcry. Democracy in the states is fiction. What a sham. The Russians should be taking notes to see how it is done.

Here in canada we vote on paper ballots, we mark a 'X' in a circle beside a candidates name. WE put that paper ballot into a box, which is counted at poll closing.... Its not complicated ppl, and doesnt have to be.
