Kayak rolling World record 1999

Rolling towards a world record. Fastest 100 rolls in 2min 39 sec, fastest 1000 rolls 31 mins, most continuous rolls 3700 (2 hours 48mins). This was one was just for a laugh when I was at college (most with a paddle)its been broken since then. My mate Nick Slater pretended to be my coach for the TV cameras - classic.

That was not Canoe. It was a kayak and the rolls... Well if it's not a canoe how can it be a canoe record? What is the real C1 Roll Record?

in 1985 in the UK everything was called a canoe. so it was really just an eskimo roll record and not specific to kayak or canoe.

I knew that.... Perhaps I should contact GWR. The odd thing about the roll was that he used a Canoe Paddle for the record and not a Kayak paddle.... Thanks for getting back:-) Happy rolling
