The Story of School of Imagination

This video presents the history of the School of Imagination (SOI) in Dublin, CA including the search to find a permanent home for the program. Stories of the children, whose lives have been dramatically improved by the school, are featured. SOI is a non-profit education center built on the award-winning methodology of the Happy Talkers Program, established in 2000, by Speech Pathologist Charlene Sigman. Currently the Happy Talkers and SOI programs serve 300 children including those with special needs and typically developing children and has improved the lives of more than 2,500 children with autism, speech delays and developmental disabilities. The school's mission is to bring out the extraordinary in every child.
