The extension to the upper class should be eliminated. It was started by GWB and has showed that "no trickle" down has occurred. WHY would the super rich trickle down anything if they get more they keep more. Trickle down by GWB was supposed to create jobs, but it hasn't so let the tax breaks for them lapse.
