Kurkus, YouTube comments are notoriously full of idiotic remarks, but yours has to take the cake.
Try not to be such a complete moron next time you post a comment, if at all possible.

We need to do a government funded study on this here in the States. I can see it now... Senators and Congresspersons bustling around Washington with a hose up their butt and a large tank strapped on their back.

dont people have better things to do than measure cow farts?

How do grass-fed gas emissions compare?
-
Did you see the part in the video that said cows emit about 25% less methane when fed clover and alfalfa instead of grain? Who would have though that the poor guys would be less gassy when fed their natural diet instead of something their bodies aren't well equipped to digest?
-
Dang! that´s a big tank. How much methane do you think we 5 billion humans emit?...I´d like a big blue one please. Hardy har!!
Didn't we already do this study? And wasn't it the punchline of a lot of jokes?

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Until I see this story covered by a more serious source, I am going to believe this is a made up stry by the PETA crowd, who have been trying to stop people from eating meat and all other attempts have failed they made up the claim that methane emmited by animals isdestroying the earth.
Now they are attempting to hijack the global warming fakery by claiming methane is worse than carbon dioxide (A natural gas)

I already provided the source for the story -- it's right there in the video. Did you bother to go to the London Telegraph's web site and look for the specified source story? If you know ANYTHING about "This is True" (if you're not already a newsletter subscriber, you DID go to the web site and evaluate it, right?), you know I only use "legitimate, mainstream" newspapers for a source.

If the collectors are attached somehow to the rectum to catch the gas before it dissipates, how are the poor cows, er, relieving themselves?

They didn't go into that kind of detail. Nor did they explain if (and how) they collect gas that they burp....
