Sahara Has a Lot to Say 01.08.10

Sahara is my tiny (6 lb) Chinchilla Golden Persian female cat. She's a great mother. She loves to run and play - AND HUNT (I've seen her catch a bird) - in the enclosure.

@alyawara Sahara orig. came from a breeder on the East Coast who is no longer breeding. However, Sahara is a breeding cat and has kittens that are often little Sahara clones. Check out my website for info (link on the right of my channel). To find other breeders with the same kind of cat search for Shaded Golden Persians. Sahara is a 'chinchilla' which means she has a very light, clear coat. All of these Persians are born almost black, so it's hard to predict coat color as adults.

What a lovely cat! Her coat is luxurious. Judging from how soft it looks and by how she follows you around, you must take good care of her.
