Born in Feb 1957 my dad was a Navy man. Mom wanted a different name, but dad won and this is the song I was named for....dad passed 1992. This is for him. Love ya dad.

i m born in 54 , became father of a daughter in 1982 and called her Cindy , she was not happy with her name , until she heard on the radio Margot Eskens with her cover cindy o cindy , i do not know who wroten this song , the lyrics were diffirent , the German Cindy is unhappy , her boy friend is gone and Eddie loves my daughter :-)))
