Zan heads up to the border with Thailand to check out the Islamic insurgency in Pattani, Thailand. He meets up with Tuwaedaniya Meringing, a local journalist who brings him to a village where all the inhabitants have moved to Malaysia.

This is a video blog documenting the documentary film 'The Life & Times of an Islamic Insurgency (AKA: I'm Muslim To! Heading to the border)'.

The film will be touring Malaysia as part of the 2009 Freedom Film Festival. Here are the dates and venues:
