Strange dog behavior

So I get home from meeting with some friends at lunch, sit down at the computer and I notice right away something is wrong with my dog. She's all clingy and shivering. Anxiety. I light up a pipe and let jump in my lap but she keeps climbing. Then I turn on the camera.

Later in the day I checked the news and saw there was a mild earthquake on the Big Island just before I got home. I've heard about earthquakes causing weird animal behavior before, not sure if there is anything to it.

Coco has recovered and is feeling like herself now.

You caught me red-handed. I'm busted. I went surfing Youtube looking for video ideas and thought I'd imitate mean cat video. So I trained my dog to sit on my shoulder and quiver while I talk about pipe smoking. Oh, and its just a coincidence this was posted about the same day as the Big Island earthquake. Thanks for blowing my cover. /yawn

yeah coco rocks! she has a great face and just seems to be a happy laid back dog. boswell's maybe buy bulk from mc clelland's or they might buy some already blended and blend others who knows besides boswell's and their distributors,but this takes us back to a previous video doesn't it eric lol.

I'm not ready to accuse Boswell of anything yet. It was just an observation - all I can say is in the pouch they look VERY much alike. They taste very much alike too.

You made the comment about the earthquake one the big island. I'm not sure how far you are away from the epicenter, but in 2008 we in Indiana was rocked by a quake, at the epicenter was a 5.2. I fully felt the first quake, but around 11 or 12ish we had an aftershock. I live about 80 miles away from where it hit, and I remember my dog going kinda nuts. He was walking around like he didn't quite know which way was up. So that's my quake dog story. Love the dog she's adorable, and amazing videos.

you said big island in your vid...you must live in hawaii I take it....when I was in the army I spent 5 years at TAMC and loved it I had a cat in texas before going to hawaii and had to leave it behind because of the quarentine laws...I happen to love Boswell and I know they hand blend their own stuff...on several occasions I have asked them to make a particular blend sweeter and they did so no problem..I love their customer service Nobody else would modify a blend if you asked them to

my shitzu always climbs up on me right before a storm comes to visit. He will not move from my side and then it will start thundering and he shakes. I try to do happy things to take his mind off it like play around with him and stuff.
