Lets not make childish comparisons. Youth gangs are not the government. The government are public servants/criminals. The youth gangs are just criminals. And yet we jail youth gangs.

We need to remember the War on Free Art. Graffiti artists get beat, arrested, put in a cage, ALL THE TIME. But, we are silent about it, because, well, we are graffiti artists.

Freedom is God given natural rights, liberty is granted by the state. We need to know the actual defintions of words (legalese) used by the system. In fact, the States are the parties to the Constitution,(why you cant use it in court you have NO standing) not the people (see the court case Padelford, Fay vs Mayor and City of Savannah, Ga.) America's greatest orator, Patrick Henry did not attend the Constitutional Convention, saying "I smell a rat"..... I like Ron Paul though.

When did he defend that? Its not exactly part of his campaign platform, unlike the other candidates of both parties who constantly reference god.
Also are there any better alternatives? Do any of them have even half the chance that he does? If the answer is no to either of those then you are waisting your time attacking your best hope for freedom.
Being critical is great, but attacking your best hope is kinda retarded.

Defense of Marriage Act, the attempt at a federal law to make marriage between one man and one woman only.
So he's all for individual rights, unless it interferes with his fundamentalist Christianity. Or is he merely pandering to the bigot base of the Republicans?
Either way, that's hardly standing on principles of individual liberty and limited government which Paul purports to champion.
So while he talks a good talk, I cannot trust he will stand behind words when in power.

States don't have rights, only individuals have rights. Its called liberty.

He is running for the presidency and believes that almost all political power should go the individual states, and he also believes in the constitutional seperation of church and state, his religious views will have zero impact on policy. wtf is DOMA?
