This is the first time I've actually seen Mr. Burrese perform Hoshinsul (throws or takedowns ... probably mis-spelled, I don't really spend much time memorizing names). It looks VERY solid. Physics and applied mechanics in action. I'd stick with the simple ones myself though, and keep in mind that you can't force it. That's where I think sensitivity comes in handy.

That is good Hapkido from a well regarded American Hapkido Master. I'd love to see more clips on here... :-)

I like how this video is just a string of locks and throws. I found myself rewinding several times to study your positioning and entries. Thanks for putting it together.
